Twenty one years running, Ouellet
Catering has enjoyed a very reputable name. Right from
the beginning with Daniel Ouellet's ideals and high
expectations to this day, Suzanne and Richard Ouellet
play direct roles in the smooth daily operations and
visit
camps on a regular basis.
The key for them is staying small to be able to
personally provide that "family touch" to each of their
camps. The company invests considerable time and money in
the ongoing training of each employee. The results of these
efforts are seen at every meal all summer long.
